Cancellation policy

Friends of Montsalvat subscribers:

Auto-Renewal: Friends of Montsalvat subscribers will be automatically renewed each year on the anniversary of the original purchase date. You will receive an email reminder about your upcoming renewal 10 days before it will be processed.

Cancellation: Friends of Montsalvat subscribers may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their profile or providing written notice via email to montsalvat@montsalvat.com.au. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the renewal date.

Refunds: Once a Friends of Montsalvat has renewed, it is non-refundable for that term. Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of the period.

Notification: A reminder email will be sent to members 10 days before the renewal date, outlining the upcoming charge.

Updates to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Friends of Montsalvat subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email.
