Artlight Australia Collective

Bridges of Art: From Eurasia to Australia is a multicultural visual arts exhibition that brings together Australian artists, artists from post-Soviet and Asian countries, and other communities. The exhibition will present a diverse collection of paintings, photography and graphic works, reflecting different artistic styles, cultural backgrounds, personal experiences and creative perspectives.

Through these works, the exhibition will explore themes of identity, migration, memory, belonging, cultural heritage and the experience of building new connections in Australia. The exhibition aims to create a welcoming space where artists and audiences can meet, exchange ideas, and learn more about the cultural diversity reflected in contemporary art.

The official opening will include a small live musical concert, light beverages and an artist talk. Participating artists will speak about their work, creative process and cultural influences, giving visitors an opportunity to better understand the stories and ideas behind the artworks.

The program will encourage direct conversation between artists and audiences and help build connections between people from different cultural backgrounds. By bringing together artists from Australia and Eurasian communities, Bridges of Art: From Eurasia to Australia will promote cultural exchange, artistic collaboration and greater understanding of Victoria’s multicultural community.
